The Mental Wellness Studio offers calm, in-person work for people who are functioning well, but want a steadier, more sustainable relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and responsibilities.
This is not therapy.
Not performance coaching.
And not a one-size-fits-all programme.
The work is structured, intentional, and grounded — designed to reduce internal friction and support ongoing mental wellbeing.
There are currently two ways to work with the Studio.
A contained space for clarity, steadiness, and self-trust
This offering is for individuals who:
carry significant responsibility
feel mentally busy or worn down
are capable, reflective, and self-aware
want support without being “worked on”
Rather than open-ended coaching, this work is offered in short, clearly bounded blocks. This keeps the container clean, focused, and respectful of time and energy — for both client and coach.
What the work focuses on
Each block is shaped around the client, but commonly explores:
recognising patterns of internal pressure
strengthening personal boundaries
learning to pause and respond rather than react
improving recovery and mental clarity
developing trust in one’s own regulation
There is no fixing, pushing, or agenda.
Insight emerges through presence, reflection, and careful attention.
Practical details
In person or on Zoom
Saturday mornings or some evenings
1 block of session = 6 sessions × 60 minutes @ €1200 per block
Limited availability
At the end of a block, some people feel complete. Others choose to continue with another block. There is no assumption either way.
The Studio also runs small, in-person workshop series for people who want to explore mental wellbeing in a shared, reflective setting.
These workshops are:
practical and experiential
grounded rather than theoretical
designed for everyday life, not retreat conditions
Each series explores a different aspect of sustained mental wellness — such as attention, boundaries, regulation, response, and recovery — over a number of sessions.
Format
Small groups (typically 6–10 people)
In person
Weekly or fortnightly sessions
Fixed-length series (usually 4–6 weeks)
6-week Workshop Series - €480 per person
Spaces are limited and payment is required to confirm your place.

are functioning well day-to-day
are willing to reflect honestly
value calm, structure, and boundaries
are not looking for therapy or crisis support
